GIMP is without doubt one of the most popular and used photo editing softwares by users, although one of the doubts that you could have is that, to minimize the application, it also minimizes all the retouching windows you have open. To solve this problem they created GIMP Minimizer.

The GIMP Minimizer function is solely, when you minimize the GIMP main window, to automatically minimize all the other windows you have open (one for each picture you're tweaking). When you restore the main window it also restores all the others.
